Our hotel stay was nice; we will use again next time in New York.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Don't wait until the last minute to eat breakfast - becomes congested.

Liked: Location to Neil Simon Theater; clean rooms; fast check in and out.

A great place for women...

Liked: The location was perfect, close to Central Park and the theatre district. The staff was friendly, their presence in the lobby everyday made a homey and safe atmosphere.
Disliked: Hallways were a bit dark.

Liked: This hotel really feels like home. :-) Very nice, friendly and helpful people that work here and a very nice ambience. The coffee was really good. Room was very clean. Clean towels everyday. Beds were really amazing! Location was also more than great. Would love to stay here again. <3
