Disliked: Don't wait until the last minute to eat breakfast - becomes congested.

Liked: Location to Neil Simon Theater; clean rooms; fast check in and out.

It was a good hotel,...

Liked: We loved the location. You are 5 minutes from Times Square but the area is not too crowded. You can also find metro lines that take you anywhere in the city. The room was big and nice-looking. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We didn't know we had to pay a deposit of 100 euros per night. There was nowhere written and they let us know only on the day of the arrival. There's no bar in the lobby.

Good location, large room, but...

Liked: The room is generously sized and bed is very comfortable. The bathroom (and probably the whole room) has recently been renovated. The reception area also looks nice.Location is great, close to Central Park and the main museums (e.g., MoMA, MET, Guggenheim).
Disliked: The motion sensor attached to the hallway light is very annoying during the night. We needed to ask for things multiple times (e.g., a hairdryer because the one in the room was broken). While most receptionists were nice, the one that greeted us was a bit rude.

Liked: Great location, lovely staff, perfect room size, proper queen beds (not just the US double beds) and very clean. Thank you!
Disliked: There is quite some noise coming from the AC and elevator machinery on the top floors. Ear plugs are handy if you get a room higher up. Apart from this everything was amazing!

Cosy but noisy

Liked: Thé location of thé hôtel is perfect ! Close to restaurants timesquare and central park
Disliked: The room proposed was very noisy even backside. It has not been possible to change with confidence to get a less noisy one. Avoid been on 10th or 11th floor (probable airfans on thé roof) neither rooms close to élévators.Dont Forget your earplugs.
