Disliked: The staff could not get us in a room until after the third try. First room key would not unlock the door. The second room they was a family I there sleeping and after me walking I on them and totally upset they just dismissed it like it was not a problem. Bit do I think he did it intentionally no but still anything could have happened to me and my family. After being totally upset and in disbelief I ask for another room as it was 11 pm but all staff just act like it was not a dig deal

Liked: We liked being on the first floor! Breakfast was good!
Disliked: Only K cups. Not good for us tea drinkers

Liked: Excellent location. Friendly welcome from front desk. Very clean throughout I enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast also
Disliked: Shower pressure could’ve been stronger but not a major issue

We practically just slept there...
