Liked: Clean. Good location. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Noisy. I was given a room on first floor. I asked for another for safety as I was staying alone. Said they could not accommodate me. My son’s room had a dog next door that barked anytime someone walked by. The halls were very noisy and hard to sleep. I realize I booked through a third party site, but it was not cheep and I felt they could have accommodated me. I was there three nights and my room was never cleaned.

Liked: Room was very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. Good safe location and parking. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Room is clean, Staffs are friendly, no problem encountered.
Disliked: Need to inform guest that if they want housekeeping, will need to call the front desk.

Room assignment disappointing.

Liked: The hotel location was great! Conveniently located near restaurants etc. Parking was convenient. The staff (especially the housekeeping staff) were friendly and polite. There were no long waits for the elevator.
Disliked: It appears the room assignment was on the lower end of the spectrum. The lounger was dusty and extremely uncomfortable. Upon moving the tray, previous guest socks were found under lounger. The bed frame was scarred and bureau that held the tv was chipped. Drawers for clothing was not easily identified and minimal. The blanket/cover provided was torn and frayed. There were small ants in the bathroom sink. The bathtub was stained. The USB outlet next to the bed did not work. There was no pamphlet nor literature advising guests of surrounding restaurants, convenience stores etc. As the dining area is located in the entrance, the front desk does not have appropriated signage and is not easily recognized.
