Disliked: My hours for work didn't allow me to experience the breakfast. I hope next time, I could.

Liked: Parking, entrance of the hotel, the room and amenities. Very great deal $125 (with taxes) and with breakfast already!! The front desk in the morning is very accommodative even the housekeeping too! Thank you guys.
Disliked: So there's a guy who was ahead of me in the front desk. Upon entering, you will obviously know who went in bcoz of the sliding door sounds and where I went bcoz its just 1 guy who was ahead of me.. so I just waited in the line following social distancing stickers. (And I notice that the front desk incharge really noticed me) After like 3 to 5mins of waiting, there's somebody who went in (3rd person) took the other alloted social distancing sticker (glance at me for awhile). And when the person ahead of me is done, the 3rd person eventually talked to the front desk and I went straight in front of the counter check in. Which gives the front desk a questionable look (WHICH IS KINDA OFFENSIVE BECAUSE SHE OBVIOUSLY MUST KNOW OR HOW TO HANDLE THINGS LIKE THIS, LIKE SAYING "OH HOLD ON FOR A MINUTE, I THINK SHE CAME IN FIRST AND I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" BUT INSTEAD, SHE'S GIVING A SUSPICIOUS LOOK AND KEEP ENTERTAINING THE 3RD PERSON) well.. the 3rd person gave up and he just said (oh you can take her first) and me, just chilling and I don't want to give any comment, I just go on with my booking details with her. THE POINT HERE IS THAT: Me coming from a customer service work too, you should be the one who clears the confusion or be the one to cut the chase in this kind of situation. You don't add fuel to the fire, where you keep entertaining the person who cuts the line or whatever/WHOEVER it is. I mean of she's not really aware that I am the next person she could have ask OKAY SO WHO CAME IN FIRST?? or WHO SHOULD I HELP FIRST?? I guess that is the totality of dislike of our stay. But other than that. All satisfactory perfect!!

Liked: All. A really good stay. Could have had tea as an option, and vanilla creamer, but that's just me.
Disliked: Nothing. Excellent short stay, VA visit.

Good stay for work. Not...
Liked: Due to the Covid-19 I do understand the breakfast to go, but it?s just not the quality and standard I?m use to seeing from the Hampton
Disliked: This is the fourth or fifth time this year to stay at the Hampton in Livermore. And the credits have still not shown on my Hilton honors points. Front desk always say they will take care of it. But it never happens. Not the customer service I expect from Hampton

Enjoyed the clean facility with...
Liked: Breakfasts are (obviously) a NON-issue with this pandemic. HOWEVER, my husband could not consume the breakfast bars in their breakfast bags, as he has a nut allergy. Although the bags are marked "Don't look through bag and replace it on the tray.", since staff is right there at front desk, perhaps they could ask about allergies.
Disliked: Staff were doing good job, given restrictions of C-19

Overall the stay was acceptable,...
Liked: It was a good location for where I had to work.
Disliked: The cold breakfast served because of covid-19 was barely acceptable as a breakfast, I understand that you can't serve big containers of hot food because of covid-19 but I don't see how a granola and an apple is a breakfast. You could at least put a prepackaged sandwich or burrito in the individual bags
