Disappointed
Liked: Maybe the pool
Disliked: Room was dirty. Toilet had to be flushed a certain way or it continued to run. TV remote needed new batteries. Breakfast was not normal Hampton. It had no muffins only dry bread. Offered no fresh fruit. We usually love Hamptons but not this time

Oh well, sometimes you can’t...
Liked: Everything was clean and staff was great.
Disliked: We went down to breakfast at 9. Almost every thing was gone. They did bring out some sausage and scrambled eggs. But no OJ, oatmeal, had to ask for Syrup, waffle mix was out. No fruit, no milk, no cream cheese. Very disappointed!

Poor
Liked: The location was fine the room itself was clean the bed was nice. Employees were great.
Disliked: The way the bedroom was set up was terrible! The bed faced the window instead of the TV which meant that the person sleeping closer to the TV had to leave their legs down so the other person could see the TV clearly. Terrible. And the faucet in the bathroom needs to be centered on the sink instead of placed on the right side completely discriminating a gets left-handed people! I will not stay at that hotel again

Disappointing
Disliked: Locked out of our room for hours. Staff couldn't fix the problem and couldn't be bothered to tell us when they had finally solved it. Had to ask to hear "Oh its fixed" so we could finally get to bed after midnight.

I am a priority customer...
Liked: Breakfast not so good, coffee not so good,..but I like the room, fridge bath tub, microwave. Was helping a friend with medical appointments and Nichole, Jelena and Allie Green made my visit so wonderful and accommodating to help my friend have a spa like experience while using my bookings and Hampton Inn accounts and reps to make it a caring environment during these scary times.

Wont use booking.com again and...
Liked: Good location. clean lobby
Disliked: Wallpaper peeling and mold growing under the window. Toilet paper dispenser was off the wall and sitting on the toilet, which made me wonder if the bathroom had been cleaned before my stay. The price for the room was different (more) than the price quoted by booking.com. No help from booking.com with the remediation of the discrepancy. Hotel staff seemed clueless as to how to resolve the cost difference, and simply said the computer was down.
