I will stay again but...
Liked: Not your fault but it?s not very welcoming during covid19. I did not want anyone serving me not able to browse selection
Disliked: Ice Machine wasn?t working on the 3rd floor . I was put in a room up there. No ice & I have a bad leg. A woman traveling alone prefers the security of the first floor & the hotel was not fully booked.

Employee refused to SELL my...
Liked: The lady that worked the front desk during day shift was extremely nice. So was every other staff member that I had the pleasure of talking to. Its sad that 1 person can ruin a businesses reputation. I know she ruined my whole trip for me! I paid $300 to be treated like a bother!
Disliked: I had several issues during my stay. I have sent a very long email to customer support. 1st of all I made reservations for 2 adults and 2 kids both age 14. When I got to the hotel and walked into my room I had 1bed, no sofa, no chair, nothing! The front desk lady must have been offended that I ask for another room because she wasn't very nice and informed me that she didnt have anything else available. When I ask her how 4 people was goin to fit in 1 bed she said "hmmm I dont know, but thats all Ive got" she didnt offer to check or even offer a roll away bed! I went out side to get my things because it was already 3:30 a.m and I knew I wouldn't be able to find another room. I decided to check the Hotel for availability and did in fact see a double queen room. I went back to her and was telling her that I checked to see what was available she interrupted me and said "Well when I told you that I just did Soft paper work". She typed for a second and handed me another set of room keys. Luckily for me and my family I checked the website. The second night was even more unpleasant. Again, with the same lady.. I have a 4year old daughter that is 100% blind so she has her days and nights mixed up. Around 11 pm she decided she was hungry and wanted a snack. I did have things for her to eat but she wanted yogurt. I knew I wouldn't find anything around us who had yogurt that would be open. So i remembered that the hotel has breakfast. So I ask the lady if I could buy my blind baby 1 cup of yogurt. I was willing to pay $10 for yogurt that would be free in a few hours for my baby. She simply looked at me and said "no, Im not allowed to touch that until breakfast"! They was a very nice gentleman that heard the whole thing and he even said "come on now, there asking to BUY 1 small yogurt cup for their daughter and you wont even do that"?
