Disliked: Room wasn’t as big as I expected my reservation didn’t show up and it was showing up on my end they could not find it on their end and took about an hour to finally figure out a room, and I had to end up paying more than what was supposed to be

Liked: We were traveling for a Ghost investigation at the fairfield county infirmary, this is a quick 9 minute drive to/from. The king suite was roomy, temp was set weirdly high (78* lol), and the bath towels were on the opposite side of the bathroom as the shower and they were on a somewhat tall shelf, for this being a handicapped accessible room (not a complaint but an observation as I scooted the floor towel across the room to grab one after our shower LOL.Ethan was polite and personable at check in, always appreciated!
Disliked: Needed to dry one pair of pants... laundry room didn't say how much it cost, I put a quarter in each slot but it wouldn't work. It required 2 quarters per slot... $3 to dry some clothes seems ridiculous but I don't tend to do laundry when I travel so this might be an average price
