Liked: Lounge areas, check in/out efficiency, rooms
Disliked: Breakfast staff. Unsmiling and disappeared with unclean tables and hotel guests waiting.

Disappointing because of our negative...

Liked: The facility was clean and offered coffee and a decent breakfast
Disliked: My son, who is a young African boy, experienced racism due to one employee at the front desk, who did not allow him to come up to my room. It was very apparent that this was an act of racism on his part. I got the Employee’s name and I have informed Hampton Inn.
