Liked: Check-in and check-out was efficiently handled. The hotel looked more like a Days Inn than a Hampton. It definitely does not live up to the Hampton name.
Disliked: This was the worst Hampton I have ever stayed at. We stayed two days and our room was not serviced. They h=only had two towels in the room. The pool's heater was broken and water cloudy. The door to the pool is broken and hanging off hinges.

Liked: The front desk worker was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: No key to get in and out room. Staff had to let you in and out room wverytime to left your room. TV in rooms did not work. Pool was suppose to be heated but it was freezing cold. Something in the bathroom was leaking.

Liked: When we stayed here, the hotel was actually under renovation. The front desk person had to open our door each time we returned from an outing. However, this oddly made us feel safe. Everyone on staff was really kind and professional

Disliked: Key machine broke and had to have staff escort you to access entry into the room every time you came back from. Construction going on and a lot of noise in the lobby with parties

Just a big ordeal
Disliked: The key machine was not working and the staff had to escort all to their rooms as needed. A tremendous adventure as not to know anyone was coming in. Also the building was under construction and had I been aware of these items I would NOT have stayed there.
