The hotel was clean and the AM staff was so accommodating, they were wonderful. The room was clean and exactly what I expected. After the concert, when we were exhausted, we called for extra towels and were told to get them ourselves. The TV was broken. The AM staff made up for almost everything.
Liked: The morning staff was great, they almost made up for everything else. I cannot say enough great things about the AM front desk staff.
Disliked: The overnight staff is rude and not accomodating.

We had a wonderful time...
Liked: The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations! Wonderful, happy service and delicious food, not to mention the many choices!
Disliked: Shower had some mold issues on the ceiling. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Local tram was not running to the convention center and would be out of service until 2020 due to constsruction. The hotel needs to mention that to the guests as it was very inconvenient to us who were relying on the tram service.

Okay, but it could have...
Liked: The staff was friendly and responsive. Peaches who oversaw the breakfast buffet was excellent - very friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
Disliked: Our A/C had issues. The room was too cold so I tried to adjust the thermostat and the A/C never came back on. The hotel sent someone to fix it, but we had a similar problem the next night. The next day it was fixed. The glass door on the shower allows water to seep through, which would have soaked the floor if we hadn't made a dam of towels to prevent it. (Family staying in another room had the same issue.) When we checked out, I said it was fine to email the receipt to me. I should have checked it. When I got home I discovered they had charged me about $300 more than the quoted price from Booking.com. When I contacted them they quickly fixed the problem, but what if I hadn't checked? The hotel has great potential, but these three problems will keep us from staying there again.

It needs to be updated.
Disliked: Dingy overhead light in room. Poorly working A/C. Night stand lamp had a plug for a phone but it didn't work if it was off.
