Jinda, Yulee, visiting Jacksonville Metropolitan Park

The hotel was clean and the AM staff was so accommodating, they were wonderful. The room was clean and exactly what I expected. After the concert, when we were exhausted, we called for extra towels and were told to get them ourselves. The TV was broken. The AM staff made up for almost everything.

Liked: The morning staff was great, they almost made up for everything else. I cannot say enough great things about the AM front desk staff.
Disliked: The overnight staff is rude and not accomodating.

A well maintained hotel with...

Liked: Standard Hampton Inn fare. More of a motel than a hotel, there being nothing in the neighborhood other than a motorway spur. We arrived late and left early as were in transit from New Orleans and Savannah.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Reasonable and friendly staff possible...

Liked: Front desk and breakfast staff super sweet Peaches and TinaTurner were helpful and sweet
Disliked: The noise outside of our room early in the AM, right next to the doors, and an area being mopped and hitting our walls

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and all the staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The only thing I would say is that I wish the breakfast had a meat option like bacon or sausage

Wonderful hotel accommodations & staff!

Liked: The hotel is in a great location for downtown business meetings with a very professional staff. The hotel is also very clean with large bedrooms. The breakfast is wonderful, and Tina made it even better with her big smile and morning greeting. Thank you Tina for getting my day started off on the right foot!

Nice room and accommodations

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing! And the hotel was very clean. Rooms are nicely up to date. The complimentary breakfast buffet was nice. Would stay here again.
Disliked: The outside noise level kept us up while trying to sleep and no matter what we set the AC to the room never got below 72 degrees F.
