The hotel was clean and the AM staff was so accommodating, they were wonderful. The room was clean and exactly what I expected. After the concert, when we were exhausted, we called for extra towels and were told to get them ourselves. The TV was broken. The AM staff made up for almost everything.
Liked: The morning staff was great, they almost made up for everything else. I cannot say enough great things about the AM front desk staff.
Disliked: The overnight staff is rude and not accomodating.

TOTALLY DISPLEASED IN THE LIES...
Disliked: This is the 1st time being disappointed with Hampton inn, we normally stay there whenever we travel out of town to other cities but because of our recent experience, it will be the last time booking a room with Hampton. 1) we we're promised a room by 3pm on Saturday the 9th but when we arrived a little earlier we were told sometime after 3pm because they were busy so that was the 1st promise broken. So we went to enjoy the city an arrived sometime after 6pm and were given keys to apt 217. I have video and pictures to prove my claim of issues found wrong with that room also the on duty manager who introduced himself as the one in charge agreed it was bad enough to transfer us to another room. 217 thermostat fell off wall, bedsheets were stained, extremely dusty underneath microwave was easily noticed when you sat on corner of bed, small cupboard on wall in bath where towels were stocked was dusty when you removed towels, couldn't call downstairs because room phone was broke. After I showed manager the issues, he seemed generally concerned and wanted to make it right so he transferred us to another room 317 . As we entered 317 you would think someone would make sure at least the things I found wrong in 217 would be taken care of before we were given keys to 317 but to our disappointment it was not. The dust under the microwave was extremely dusty which I have photos to show and on too of bath fixtures was not clean. We were promised a 100% guarantee that we will be pleased but we found that to be a lie because the manager and I hate to describe him as Hispanic guy but I forgot his name, promised us a full refund but here's how he explained it, we have 0 balance with them (but of course we would because we already paid for the room from a third party, he says)but we would still owe the 3rd party all costs because he's having trouble contacting them lol lol.

Liked: Excellent breakfast! Staff was very courteous and friendly. They allowed late check in with out any difficulties.

Thankful for Hampton.
Liked: This was so much better than the first hotel up there. I am so thankful. I did not catch any mysterious bugs or disease. I would say the bed was a little uncomfortable. Very stiff. But, the experience and staff was spot on.
Disliked: Nothing. It was good.
