Very average hotel.

Liked: Nothing exceptional.
Disliked: Some staff was ill informed regarding customer service.

Liked: It was a quick little golf trip, and it was comfortable.

Disliked: The front desk staff seemed to be very bothered and inconvenienced by all guests. I stood and waited while Anthony spoke to a guest on the phone; he put the customer on hold and tossed the phone and vocally shared how frustrated he was while greeting a guest waiting at the counter. During multiple & all interactions he seemed frustrated and annoyed regardless if he was checking someone in or assisting with a concern. Very off putting.

Liked: The location was good. That's really all I can say about this location. I travel a lot and this didn't cut it.
Disliked: When I contacted the hotel to make the reservation weeks ago, I asked if there were any non-pet friendly rooms as I have terrible pet allergies. I was told there are and that I would be placed in one. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the entire property is pet friendly and that there are no rooms free from pet dander as well as the fact that there would be an additional $50 incidental fee held (which is typically shared when booking and was not). Being that it was after midnight and we didn't have many options, I took the room and an extra allergy medication and hoped for the best. This morning, we woke up and arrived within the timeframe for breakfast. When we arrived at 9:15, the ONLY thing remaining was oatmeal, waffle mix, one biscuit, and some apples. I kindly asked the breakfast attendant if there were at least any more eggs. She looked at me and said "nope" and walked off without another word. So our "breakfast included" was not included even though we were in the dining room well within the breakfast hours. So we had to go someplace else to get breakfast. This was not a great experience by any stretch of the imagination. Beyond having to remove any blankets from the bed due to animal hair on them, the bed was at least comfortable enough to fall asleep in.

Liked: Good location for the activities I had planned. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The pool needed to be cleaned and the staff were not overly friendly. While I understand storms can make it difficult to keep the pool clean there were an abundance of debris and dead bugs floating in the water. Did not appear to have been cleaned in awhile.
