Good location; very nice front desk staff; clean and quiet with nice amenities (pool and gym). Excellent price/quality relationship.
Liked: Staff friendliness and helpfulness.

Liked: I expected more for breakfast. But the whole facility and staff was good so it was just the breakfast but I guess with Covid we couldn't really do more.

Great location!
Liked: Great location, close to the state parks and downtown Ithaca. We went during the pandemic, so there was minimal breakfast and room cleaning. Nice sized rooms

Great stay! Clean and comfortable
Liked: The king room was really big and the bed was comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. You could ask the front desk for any necessities you may have forgotten, which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast was not too bad, considering the times, with bagels and oatmeal options as well as grab n go bags with muffins cereal bars and water bottles.
Disliked: Whilst pets stay at no extra charge, which is great, you aren?t allowed to leave them unattended in the room. This may be a problem if you want to go into town for dinner etc.
