Liked: Breakfast was awesome. Great variety and clean area! Location is great. Our daughter's dorm room is on the west side of the river. Works great for us!
Disliked: While everything was exceptional, it seems that you can hear the movement from the floor above. We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear the movement of the room above us. I've never encountered that before.

Disliked: Out dated. To far off the beaten path. Bathroom and carpet needs ripped out and replaced. Time for an update.
