Stayed here twice and will continue every time we attend a Stafford Centre event.
Liked: Arrival cookies were very good. Breakfast was very good, clean, and well organized. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Elevator on one end of the building; pretty good hike to some of the rooms.

From when we first checked in until we left after a 2 day stay, every employee that we met at the desk or passed in the halls had a smile for us. Our room was fresh and clean with plenty of soft towels. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were also fresh and clean. Breakfast in the morning and the 24 hour coffee bar was a nice treat. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it as well. Keep up the great job!

It's ok
Liked: The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly .Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room was hot so I turned the temp to 69 and it never got to 69 but stayed sorta comfortable. Bathroom at a cinepede. Blood stains on the sheet. The fact that they do not communicate better with booking.com or any other 3rd party.

Disappointing Stay at Hampton Inn...
Disliked: Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn Houston-Stafford left much to be desired, as several aspects of the experience fell short of expectations:1. Room Odor: Upon entering our room, we were greeted by an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a rotten rat. While running the AC helped alleviate the smell over time, the initial impression was off-putting.2. Lack of Amenities: The lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the room. Bins were found without trash bags, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were disappointingly empty. Additionally, despite our booking for four people, only two sets of towels were provided, which was inconvenient and unexpected.3. Unpleasant Staff Interaction: Interactions with the staff further dampened our experience. Their demeanor lacked warmth and hospitality, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer service. A simple smile and friendly demeanor would have made a significant difference in our perception of the stay.Despite these shortcomings, the one redeeming aspect of our stay was the breakfast offered. While not outstanding, it provided a satisfactory start to the day and was appreciated amidst the other disappointments. In conclusion, our stay at the Hampton Inn Houston-Stafford was marred by room service issues, inadequate amenities, and unfriendly staff. We hope that the management takes steps to address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

Bed was comfortable. Tub was...
Liked: Nice area. A lot of good restaurants around.
Disliked: The front desk agent Norma was very rude when I called in to inquire about early check in. The room had a weird smell in it. Called down the front desk about it and no one answered. Walked downstairs and no one was there. The bathtub was not clean.
