I loved the guys who drove the shuttle but otherwise I don't think I will return to the hotel.

Liked: Very large rooms and a nice shower for people with mobility issues. Also the shuttle service for near the hotel was excellent.
Disliked: No ice; no way to get to the airport except a very expensive car service.

The Staff robbed me.

Liked: comfy bed
Disliked: The staff stole and ate my door dash bbq order. I flew to texas to eat this bbq and they robbed me.

It was so convenient, reasonably...

Liked: Downtown area and the breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: I thought they offered room service, but they only offered laundry service and they call it room service. They did not make this clear when I did my booking through Booking.com.

Disliked: For cleaning the room we wait 3 days ,my husband calls 30 times no response

Worth the price? Maybe not.

Liked: We liked the property for the large room and proximity to Minute Maid Field.
Disliked: The pillows were thin and uncomfortable and the mattress wasn’t too soft. There aren’t enough elevators for when the hotel is at capacity, such in Astros game nights. Took over half an hour of standing in a line out the door to get in the elevator.

Should have picked the Hampton...

Liked: The double room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 4 ( we changed hotels at the last minute becaise we were unhappy and everyone at the Hampton was so helpful!) Parking was available, and breakfast is abundant! Shuttle was available, and Jesse was helpful, suggesting dinner spots and pointing out shops on our route.
Disliked: The hurricane. Made for a scary stay, but all the staff worked hard to keep us comfortable (:
