Disliked: Not a table with 2 chairs in room. Spectrum and TV control didn't work.

Hotel was very clean and...

Liked: Super clean. Both the room and the rest of the hotel interior. Grounds were nice. We brought our small pup and sometimes the grass can be taller than him but everything was well maintained with short soft grass and looked very nice! Also had a pet clean up station. Loved having a restaurant bar in the hotel too. Was nice to grab a drink later after dinner.
Disliked: The woman at the front desk was extremely rude when we came to check in. We knew we were early. But it was after 12 and just asked if we could check in if a room was available and she just said no. We asked if they had a fee for early check in that we could pay and she once again flatly said no. ‘We don’t do that’. Said to come back at 4. Then we’re standing there with our luggage and I’m carrying our dog. My husband was like can we maybe leave luggage here so we can go grab lunch or something and she didn’t even speak. Stares at us for a second and turns around. I was like we’ll just bring it back to the car with us. Let’s go. I would like to note there was a second woman at the desk who was clearly overhearing and at least tried to be nice. She asked me about our dog. Said how sweet and well behaved he was. Then when the rude one said ‘no’ and to come back at 4. The other one said that maybe after 2 it would be ready. Check out is 11am and they had a full house the night before so the cleaning crews were working hard. And that’s totally fine! But would’ve been nice if the one we were actually checking in with could say something more herself. We’ve arrived early at plenty of hotels and most offer to hold your bags or will do a text when a room is ready. Or at least just explain a little more like the other woman did after she finished dealing with someone else. The hotel was nice though overall. We would stay again. Would really cross our fingers that woman isn’t at the desk when we walk in though!

Liked: Location was great , pool And hot tubs were great for kids .
Disliked: The bed was not stable , the outdoor hot tub area was not cleaned up . Lots of litter and dirty bandaids :( and hardly no water pressure in the shower!

Liked: Clean and confortable hotelThe breakfast can be slightly enhanced as is has low choices. New issues with the booking platform, the hotel did not issue an invoice.
Disliked: Breakfast and the fact that the hotel refused to issue an invoice.

Liked: The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were flat, and the shower door would not stay closed. The breakfast was good, but it was 80 degrees inside the seating area and not enough seats.
