Liked: The customer service was great when we had an issue w the room and our neighbors
Disliked: We rented this hotel mainly for the pool for our daughter and it was VERY COLD. And jets were not running didnt seem as clean as it could be.

I would stay again, but...

Liked: I liked the clean room…breakfast each morning, nice staff.
Disliked: Originally I was placed on the 4th floor….apparently the tvs on that floor don’t work, as I had to ask for my room to be re-assigned due to remote control issues…on tv would only turn on…and not off. I finally was moved to room on a lower floor…that was better. The 2 rooms on the 4th floor were not provisioned with water and snacks either….but the desk manager certainly made that update to the last room I was in….and I told him it finally worked out.
