Passable

Liked: Check-in was a breeze, which was appreciated. Sometimes it seems to take entirely too long. The staff was personable. The location of the hotel is close to many dining locations and stores. The room AC was the best I've experienced recently!
Disliked: There were quite a few "out of order" signs around - elevator, ice machines, etc. The property certainly needs an update. Carpet is worn and fraying, wood surfaces has water rings, etc. Just needs some TLC to live up to the Hampton Inn branding.

Liked: The location and it is pet friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was could have been cleaner/not so run down. Also, the breakfast was inadequate. The pet rest area was not clean and the grass was high.

We did not stay. Cancelled...

Liked: Nothing we ended up canceling our reservation beacause they didn't have enough cleaning staff so the rooms were not ready and it eas already 7pm . I had called twice before we arrive and the person at the desk led me to believe our romms would be ready by 330. Will never stay at this hotel ever!
Disliked: Being honest about the issue of romms not being ready and give us a chance to make other arrangements.

Liked: Close proximity to the place I need to go.
Disliked: Not enough pillows, and the room smells a little musty.

Liked: Hard to believe this was a Hilton. Was worst then a motel 6. Im trying to get a full refund.
Disliked: Carpet in room was ripped and bulging. Kept tripping on it. I woke up to something falling on my face. It was paint chips from the ceiling. Tried to speak to a manager, yet the college student staff were unable to help me with my complaints.

Liked: Very clean, staff was very friendly and professional.

Liked: I travel with a pet and they were welcoming and friendly towards our dog.
Disliked: no
