Liked: Clean and quiet
Disliked: Location was terrible. We were doing a college tour and for the money it was too far away from the campus.

Breakfast and Pool a Plus

Liked: Breakfast was a great addition and the pool was a plus for my kids. The rooms were clean and beds were plenty comfortable.
Disliked: It was a little further than the bulk of hotels walkable to restaurants/stores/etc. But we could've looked a little closer at location

Did not feel very welcoming

Liked: We usually stay in another hotel, but decided to try this one as they said the pool was nice and warm while the pool room was warm. The pool itself was not overly warm also within five minutes of being at the hotel itself. There are numerous causes about being too loud we booked a room I booked two rooms With four kids. That’s a lot of kids to be on the third floor. The manager was very snappy about it and did not take him into consideration that we had just gotten there. We had a long drive and then we had just gotten there. Yeah kids are gonna make some noise as soon as they get out of the car Not sure that I’ll stay here again.

Very poor

Liked: We traveled as a family group of 6 adults and 6 children. As soon as we got to our rooms,the manager called and told us there was a noise complaint. One of the children is special needs in a wheelchair and when we take her out, she falls alot. She also makes noise, as she is non verbal. The manager then came up to the room and told us we were on the verge of being asked to leave. They put us on the 3rd floor then told us we were to loud for the people below us. We spent the entire time there afraid to take the child out of her wheel chair, and telling the other kids to stay quiet.

Clean, convenient location and pleasant...

Liked: The location was accessible to surrounding area: Hampshire Mall, local cafes. Booked this for a trip to visit daughter who attend Mount Holyoke College and attend Arcadia Wild Life Sanctuary. The coffee (dark roast) was decent and that is rare for a hotel.
Disliked: Our room location (2nd floor) did have some added noises since it was close to an ice machine, the guest laundry room, etc. still able to sleep.
