Liked: hmmmm. the amenities were consistent with the rest of the chain
Disliked: couldn’t check in until 4:30pm(check in is SUPPOSED TO BE 3:00)there seemed to be a lot of lint, or other substances on floor & bed

Frustration station

Liked: Rooms were acceptable. No weird smells or anything.
Disliked: After arriving 2 hours after posted check in time we had to wait in the cold lobby for 50 mins for our rooms to be cleaned. The front desk woman said there was no mgr there for the whole weekend. She was unprofessional and seemed frazzled. Others were waiting as well. You have to take the elevator down to get to a 1 person bathroom which was strange. The lobby furniture needs to be replaced and CLEARLY they need more staff! We had somewhere to be and this experience threw a wrench in our plans. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Passable

Liked: Tammi was calm even though the situation at hand was not very pleasing. Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: There was a long delay in getting us checked in to our hotel room. I traveled from Upper WI and got in earlier than intended. I came in to check in at 12:45 to see if I could check in early, but there wasn't a room available. I came back at 3:15 and our room was still not ready. I waited until after 4p and the room was still not ready. I had to leave for pictures so I left our bags with the front desk and returned just before 6. My room was finally ready at that time, although there were others in the dining area still waiting for their room to be ready. Tammi complimented us a snack, but I don't feel that was enough for the length of time that we had to wait, although that was all that she could do. There also weren't a lot of chairs in the pool area so some had to sit on the floor while others left due to this.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and the room was very nice parking was great and they even had free breakfast
Disliked: The lighting in the room could have been a little better but other than that everything was great

Disliked: Pool was a little too cold but not bad where you couldn't swim, wish there was a hot tub

Disliked: No microwave in the room. Signs said pool/spa but there was no spa (hot tub).
