Liked: They were helpful in finding a different motel to stay at.
Disliked: The room we reserved was filthy and the motel was fully booked.

It was disappointing.

Liked: It was ok. Had a good variety.
Disliked: They charge a parking fee that was not included in the booking price or noted. There was renovation going on and halls were not cleaned.It was noisy a d we were woke up several times by upstairs people. It was downtown and I was thinking it was closer to the I.

Hampton Inn does not disappoint...

Liked: Great downtown location with walkability to dining and shops.We enjoy breakfast, good coffee and customer service at Hampton Inn nationwide. Two brewpubs just a short walk from property among other dining options.
Disliked: Key cards were exchanged twice to get into room but issue was quickly resolved.

Generally a very helpful stay...

Liked: Friendly staff( loaned umbrella), quiet, great location for me ( Amtrak)
Disliked: Sheets were very crumbly!?I wish I knew about cleaning of comforter(how often ?), and bedspread. So bed didn’t look as smooth etc.
