Liked: THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT ALL OF MY THREE (3) EYE DOCTORS WERE IN THE ONE LOCATION (PLANTION).THE BREAKFAST WAS ALRIGHT - THE COFFEE WAS EXCELLENT.WE STAYED FOR FOUR (4) NIGHTS AND WE HAD TO REQUEST ROOM SERVICE ON THE THIRD DAY; WE DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO QUESTION THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION, BUT THAT WAS A SMALL ISSUE.
Disliked: THE BREAKFAST WASN'T COMPLETE, ONLY AN AJPPLE AS FR;UIT CHOICE, NO BUTTER FOR THE TOAST, NO 1% MILK FOR THE CEREAL, AND NOT ENOUGH CHOICE(S) FOR THE BREAKFAST. EGG, PROTIEN, STARCH - BUT YET AGAIN THE COFFEE WAS GREAT!!!!!!!

Disliked: the room not only had the smell of mold there was mold on all the trim in the room. they advertise free airport and cruise shuttle but when I called said no such thing. another couple did get free shuttle from airport where as we had to pay for taxi. along with us was another couple going to same cruise even though advertised free shuttle we were charges 8.00 per person the other couple were charged 12.00 per person.

Disliked: Staff rude and unhelpful. 4 night stay and room only cleaned once and beds NEVER made! Complimentary breakfast poor. They ran out of plastic knives and told us to spread our butter with the back of a spoon! Refused to acknowledge my Booking.com reservation no. Demanding a Hilton reservation number despite bombarding me with emails via Booking.com about digital check in - which wasn’t in use anyway. They do not arrange transport to Miami airport but one member of staff did agree to help with this. Fealty Towers par excellence! No safe in the room,
