excellent services.

Disliked: third party did not know how to communicate with Booking.com. Maybe you could give them a tutorial to use you to book so I don't run into the problem I had that I communicated with booking.com before the trip started.

Very nice!

Liked: Delicious breakfast buffet. Room was recently renovated and was very clean. Quiet neighborhood.
Disliked: There was a problem with the key card system. The poor girl checking us in was very apologetic and got us into our room as quickly as possible.
