Disappointing. I am a fan...

Liked: Front desk staff were very polite and efficient.
Disliked: Layout of room - lights by the bed required you to get out of bed to turn on and off. Not enough outlets near the bed for two people. Confusing TV and the printed TV listing was in the drawer covered by a layer of dust which we didn't want to touch/use.

Bad

Liked: Booked through 3rd party and the hotel could give a care. I had to demand the manager call another hotel to check for availability and he was put out when I’ve stayed her numerous times over 2 years. Basic attitude was not my problem. Goodbye Hampton Inns
