Review: Good with some issues.

Liked: Location was great for our needs.Parking was more than adequate.Room seating was terrible as desk chair was fully reclined all the time and foot rest type were inappropriate for two people to use...sat on beds as there were no other decent choices. No drawer storage especially for two. 1/2 of the elevators were out of service = long waits.
Disliked: Inadequate seating, elevator slooow due to maintenance

Liked: Although they were at capacity the night I stayed as well as the next night, they were able to offer me a late checkout. I had gotten the best sleep I've had in months!!!

The front desk clerk appeared...

Liked: The food was Below average. The eggs were tasteless. The fresh fruit selection was nice. The coffee was nice. The packaged individual oatmeals, which Hampton used to have, have been replaced with an overcooked tasteless mash labeled oatmeal.
Disliked: After arriving in the room we noticed the bathroom shower was broken. I was told it would be fixed After we left. They offered no accommodations. The bed had a permanent indentation from years of use so sleeping was awful. After not sleeping the first night I asked if they had a comforter or additional pillows since they said they had no other accommodations( I had planned on placing the comforter or pillows within the indentation in hopes of trying to fill the hole and have some sleep the second night. I was told they had nothing. Thirdly, the toilet was stuffed and barely flushed. We called, reluctantly to the front desk, because it had been obvious that we were disturbing the front desk person. He told us that he would be right up to correct the problem. I never heard, or have experienced that a front desk clerk had to come to the guest room and plunge a toilet. No wonder they don't want to be bothered by any inconvenience. Look what they have to do. For 2 nights stay the total cost was over $750.00. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
