Disliked: very limited about breakfast

Good value, but needs a...

Liked: It was close to where we were visiting.
Disliked: It definitely needs a remodel. The buttons on the elevator stick, there was rust on the vent in the bathroom and the beds weren’t the worst but were definitely worn in.

Okay.

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Billing, I was charged twice, had to resolve the problem once I returned home.

It once was the nicest...

Liked: Beds are comfortable
Disliked: We have been coming to this Hampton for more than 10 years.  The last couple of years it has continually been going downhill as far as upkeep. And now that animals are allowed in it’s really going downhill. It’s unfortunate because it was a really nice hotel just a couple years ago. 

Exceeded Expectations

Liked: The water pressure in the shower was awesome - please don't lessen the water pressure when you remodel! The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable. Free breakfast. Mini fridge, microwave in room.
Disliked: No complaints.

Last day a Disaster!

Liked: Quiet enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: We had no water our last night and next mornings and really were not accommodated. Couldn’t shower wash your face use the toilet. We felt like we were staying in a third world country.
