Disliked: Expensive for what it offers. Food wasn’t great. Internet could be better.

Great stay!

Liked: Self-service breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options to choose from. My son enjoyed making his own waffles in the waffle iron and I enjoyed the multiple coffee options. A big and welcoming dining area was also available. We really enjoyed our stay as we usually do at all Hampton Inn & Suites.
Disliked: My reservation was confirmed through booking.com and somehow did not go through to the hotel. I did have to call customer service to resolve the issue, because I did not want to get double charged. The staff at the hotel we extremely helpful throughout my trouble shooting and we were able to work it out. I was very grateful for both customer service through the app and the staff at the hotel. The pool was also unavailable, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Disliked: Had to wait very longer to check in and front end desk refused to check in saying there is no reservation found which was made through booking.com

Liked: I would not stay here anytime. The staff is not responsive.
Disliked: I made a small mistake in Booking. I tried to call a few times, Booking.com tried to call but they were not responsive and I had to lose the booking.
