Our stay was comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Staff was professional and friendly. Coffee made available throughout the day.
Disliked: Vending machines were confusing. Pool has fishbowl view and is in route from main entrance. This may likely cause some to skip pool so they don't feel like being on display.We are making suggestion to The Arc Encounter to partner with nearby hotels for shuttle service to this site. Guests we met at hotel were all going to The Arc.

Liked: Overall poor. Pillows where way to soft NO support. Mattress was comfortable almost lumpy. The didn’t make the beds or clean the room while we where for the day. They pick up the towels and emptied the trash cans. Didn’t replenish the used cups or coffee used. Front desk did not how let family members to call our room to check on our stay. On the plus side the bathroom was well designed with good shower and water pressure excellent. For almost $400 for two days it was not good at all.
