Disliked: We had to ask for the hair dryer thats usually in the room, the toilet was broke and the tub drain and the next morning there was no coffee with breakfast because the machine broke

Disliked: Needed to be cleaned better

Liked: Everyone was so nice and the room was perfect.
Disliked: Too many kids in the pool at all times.

Good stay, enjoyed our time...

Liked: The front staff was so nice, he upgraded us for free, we ended in a very large suite. It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Hotels need to invest in good pillows, also a king bed needs at least 6!

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that our room was cleaned everyday and the telephone and refrigerator didn't get cold

Liked: Have stayed here before. I particularly liked the laundry facilities, which were much cheaper than expected!

Disliked: Would not recommend this place. The customer service here is non existent. No one cares you're a paying customer, it's like you don't even exist
