Disliked: indoor pool was very cold, water in shower would not get hot and could not stay very warm either

Liked: I arrived a few hours before normal check-in and I was able to do early check-in. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Liked: That they were located in a beneficial area.
Disliked: Staff needs to be trained on explaining reservation details to guests prior to taking ANY form of payment. I asked about the cost and was charged first and then incorrectly informed. When I did advise the front desk staff of this, they were extremely unhelpful and disregarded their blatant mistake which ended up costing me double for an emergency trip. Very disappointed and shows the lack of compassion and empathy from this facility based on the employees they hire.
