Liked: The location to our event was great.
Disliked: When checking in the staff made a comment about my attire, "girls like you discuss me" which left me very uncomfortable. The hotel pool water was very cloudy and dirty, and we found a towel in the deep end. The hotel walls are so thin, I could hear the ding of the elevator and doors opening and closing all night. We could hear the people walking above us even through earplugs.

A very comfortable stay

Liked: My king room was very comfortable. In addition to a desk and chair, there was an upholstered chair / ottoman with "C"-shaped table (perfect for setting down a glass or your book), and a lamp conveniently behind the chair--a great place to relax and read. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive--when I asked about oatmeal being missing from the breakfast buffet, the staff member promised to talk to the manager and the problem was resolved the next day.
Disliked: I couldn't adjust the height of the desk chair upward, and it was low (I didn't ask the front desk's help with this, though I probably should have). When oatmeal was made available at the buffet, I discovered the hinge on the oatmeal pot was broken--so I wonder if the breakfast staff simply stopped making the oatmeal when it broke. Is this a training / communication issue?
