Liked: You can always count on the staff being pleasant and the rooms being very very clean.
Disliked: I was surprised that they no longer offered a bottle of water. Also, they no longer offer the shampoo or the hand lotion. Those little items make a guest feel very welcome. It made the hotel that much more special.

Disliked: Rude customer service from a male manager who called about my credit card and never left a message. A woman Thursday night was rude when I tried to change my credit card because the other one was hacked. The rude kitchen staff this morning.
