Disliked: Smoke alarms went off suddenly for no reason and they were lost and obnoxious.

Great as always
Liked: The front desk clerk went above
And beyond to try and help. They are always so nice and friendly.
Disliked: The main reason I booked there was to swim and the pool was broken. However the front desk clerk tried so hard to try and fix the situation for me.

Sad won't be staying here...
Liked: Breakfast was ok. Maria is always very polite and kind who fixed breakfast that day and other times we have been to this Hotel. She keeps everything stock with a smile and help if someone needs it.
Disliked: Complained to staff Bobby (who was our checkin person - Tonya who was checkout person had left after we checkout) about my very Nice White Down Coat that was left in Closet and was gone not 20-25 minutes later after we left when I called back on New Years Day - Bobby said he checked with HouseKeeping and Lost and Found but 'nothing'. Bobby said to call next day and speak to Christina the Manager and pretty sure she would look into matter. I called back next day and spoke to Tonya (who I have met on several occasions because I always like to give staff that I've met before like Anita, Maria, Tonya, Christina and and this time Bobby and several other staff I did not know little gifts upon leaving as I did this time). Tonya said Christina was doing Breakfast and would have her call me later - which she did and I explained situation to her - she said she would get back to me after her investigation. Have not heard from her or any other staff member and it has been a week now. This has totally changed my opinion about this hotel's honesty and concern about it's guest - not that the staff was not nice and polite but someone or somebodies has been dishonest and my Coat is gone.
