I had a very unpleasant...

Disliked: I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the front desk employees. He treated me with terrible disrespect, raising his voice and yelling at me for no reason, even in front of other guests. What’s worse, one of his coworkers was standing right there and did nothing to stop or address the situation. The employee showed no interest in helping me and made it clear he didn’t care if I left or ended up without a reservation. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their customer service.
