Disliked: 1. My daughter got stuck in the elevator for about 15-20 mins. The front desk was very concerned but now she is scared to get on one. 2. Our room had rotted wood on the side of the closet/seat area. 3. I did request some kind of compensation d/t my daughters situation && was told I wouldReceive rewards. But I have yet to receive anything. I do not like being told something and it not being done.

Hotel was nice and cozy...

Liked: The continental breakfast had hot food like eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Hotel had free fresh baked cookies in the evening.
Disliked: The pictures of the outside can be deceiving. My hubby said if he would have known what the outside looked like he would have picked somewhere else. Low dated ceilings and interior as well. I’m not picky and don’t care about any of that stuff. I only need a hotel to sleep in, k no it hang out in. Severed its purpose for me.
