Would not stay again

Liked: Had its own parking lot and felt safe enough
Disliked: Not clean. I thought based on reviews that it would be, but there were multiple hairs in the shower, multiple hairs on bed near pillows, yellow spot on carpet, and THICK spider webs near AC that were very obvious so I’m shocked those weren’t taken care of. I felt icky in the room. Fridge wasn’t very cold so turned it up. Pillows were very soft and didn’t offer much support which I didn’t like but maybe some prefer that kind. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Didn’t have many options and nothing I could eat with my dietary restrictions besides some kinda unappealing fruit. The #1 thing I look for in a hotel is clean and this wasn’t so I wouldn’t stay here again regardless of the parking lot and price. Employees were nice but check in was a little slow.

Great, quiet easy to reach...

Liked: Great location and quiet. I had a meeting in Chagrin Falls and this was very easy to find and get back from.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The Breakfast was very delicious. Every day it was hot and fresh. They did provide co-options as well. The dining area was always very clean and the staff was polite and ready to help!
Disliked: N/A

Kind of a hidden gem?

Liked: We had a truly excellent hotel breakfast here. The room was well-equipped, the bathroom was quite nice, everything was clean, and the woman who checked us in - she may have been the hotel manager? She was lovely and engaging. I totally regret not having brought trunks to go to the pool.
Disliked: The only thing I can fault the experience for is having a bit of a drive before going or doing much of note. There's a Longhorn Steakhouse immediately adjacent, and then everything else is at least 5 minutes off by car.

Disliked: Hard ass bed. It was very stiff.

Liked: Never made it due to them canceling my reservation even though I chose the pay at the property on my reservation
Disliked: The very rude lady I spoke to on the phone. I was trying to let her know I was on my way and if I had to I would pay over the phone. She was very rude.
