Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: Water pressure -- this is our 4th stay here, so we have a good sample size -- is terribly weak, and actually shut off while we were each showering. Toilets hardly flushed. Hotel in desperate need of a makeover.

disappointing
Disliked: I was traveling with a small dog and was charged an additional 75.00. I was told this was standard, the most I have been charged has been 35.00. This was a ridiculous charge.

Disliked: water pressure was HORRENDOUS (4th stay in the past 4 months; minimum for each stay was 3 nights, so it wasn't a 1-off thing); many breakfasts were lacking food; noise level in lobby from crazy people

Liked: Helpful front desk staff. Breakfast crew kept the area stocked and clean.
Disliked: The room heat was too hot even though I had it set on low and all the way down on the temp.

Hampton not 100%
Liked: Th location is excellent for us. Close to family and attractions.
Disliked: I requested a King Size room and a double room almost a month in advance. When I arrived I was told that "there was a group there and the clerk was having a difficulty assigning rooms." I fail to understand why they are more important. Anyway, I reserved a king size bed for my daughter and the room had not been cleaned, as my daughter found when she walked in yet the room showed as clean in the computer. Then they were give a double room that had a broken door. The waffle maker, for breakfast, was not broken but the attendant stated that she had to make the waffles which I noticed were sticking and falling apart so no waffles for us. We have been at this Hampton many times and was just very disappointed
