Liked: The location was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. The two ladies at the front desk were phenomenal! They were extremely helpful and very polite and friendly. They are both tremendous assets to this facility. I wish I had gotten their names. Our key card accidentally got deactivated due to being near our cell phone, and this issue was handled right away. I was traveling with my children and we ran out of towels. We had more towels delivered to our room within 5 minutes of me making it back to my room from the front desk. While I was at the desk waiting to ask for more towels, there were two ladies in front of me who must have been having an issue with their room. The woman at the front desk was so kind and patient, and made sure everything for this person was taken care of. These two ladies need a raise! To work with the public in their capacity and have such wonderful attitudes is a rarity. The only thing I can tell you is they were both Black women and one had long black hair and the other had kind of an auburn colored hair. Both were phenomenal, so much so that my daughter wanted me to be friends with them because they were so sweet. The view of the city was amazing! Our room was extremely comfortable and everything worked the way it’s supposed to. The pool was very clean. Not one complaint! Loved our stay and will definitely return the next time we are in Chicago!

Liked: The location was great. So close to everything we needed, staff super friendly and helpful, free breakfast! The best.
Disliked: They don't have parking. We used vallet parking, which is a little expensive, in my opinion. Uber is your best option.

Liked: Location the staff was really front was amazing her name is Nicey I felt like she saw me that is what a woman of color needs and she did that.
Disliked: My bathroom had no body wash and no extra toilet tissue that goodness I had some soap with me.
