Liked: Staff was friendly, they went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, even after checkout
Disliked: The website stated an indoor and an outdoor pool, but only the outdoor pool was available. It was smaller, and overcrowded while we were there. There were no life jackets there, so our younger child wasn?t able to go in as the shallowest it was, was 3.5 foot

Disliked: The room needed a ton of maintenance. For an example, handles were falling off, including door stops/locks. No vent in the bathroom made you wait 15-20 minutes for the room not to be steamy.

Disliked: AC was terrible set on 65, felt like 82 degrees sweating all night and too late to call for service. uncomfortable!

At least the location was...
Liked: Location was great! Valet was also great. Most of the staff was also very helpful and nice. The comforter in the rooms was GREAT very soft and comfy my favorite part about our room.
Disliked: There were very few staff to help check in and out, and you could tell that they were completely over helping people. The air conditioner was not working in our room correctly so it was stuffy and warm, when we told the front desk about the issue when checking out she says "oh ok, sorry, I will make a note for someone to look at that" and left it at that. Rooms were a little dated but the comforter was GREAT! When we checked in we had 2 rooms we were there for a concert with friends we had requested at booking to be "close" to each other if possible they were putting us 3 floors apart, when I brought it up they then moved both rooms and put us on the 21st floor and we were only a couple of rooms apart at that point. The elevators TAKE A LIFETIME it was a real problem for everyone we seen during our stay. At this point the $100.00 that I was made to pay on top of what I payed at booking when I arrived at this point still has NOT been credited back to my credit card 6 days later so I guess I will keep waiting for that too.
