Wonderful staff and overall a...
Liked: I loved the staff here! Very friendly and helpful. I was helped quickly and with a smile. I was here with a soccer team and they let us basically take over the dining area for our after game meals and for breakfasts
Disliked: I was disappointed there was not a least a small pool. It was very hot and it would have been nice to have had that. I was also there when one of the diamond members discovered that her room door had been propped open all day long. So I was not sure about safety there and what had happened. I thought that the building could use some TLC.

Weekend with family
Liked: I like the convenience of the location. There were alot of stores, and restaurants close by.
Disliked: The mold/mildew smell that the room had. I have never ever stayed in a room without a sofa, there was just a tiny chair to sit on.

Belle the front desk staff...
Liked: The first day the food was replenished and enough for the guests The hispanic ? lady was so polite and very apt to clean off table and assist as needed. The second day the new younger lady did not fill the hot food quickly enough and people were waiting for long periods of time and she acted like she was too busy and was rarely in the room did not clean any tables and there were 15 of us in there 45 min,
Disliked: Our ac/heating unit was covered in lint and dirt and where WE had to clean the vent trap, the room was musty smelling and damp wet feel. It was as if we walked into a moldy basement every time we opened the door.. Also, we had written a request for an end unit and BELLE gave us a non end unit, my husband opened the door and when we went to ask why she did not honor our request her response was "did you open the door and break the seal?" I said yes he opened the door but we didn't go in because I reminded him we had requested an end unit for my health issue. Belle said there were no end units in the building and ask if I needed a handicap room which I didn't, so she replied with a grin well we don't have an end unit tonight. The hotel was NOT full and there were end units and walking less to the exit would have helped she wasn't going to budge because we opened the seal on the door. I find this unsatisfactory and add the vent and mold, not ok.
