Hampton Inn Chattanooga/Hixson

Loved it and the whole staff were helpful and professional.

Liked: Breakfast and availability of snacks were wonderful. The location of the hotel in proximity to everything needed was wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing

adequate but too expensive for just adequate

Liked: It is quiet and close to several restaurants.
Disliked: They struggle with deep cleaning. It was clean enough to not be annoying but you could see build up in places where it is ease to clean. the beds are also very hard.

Liked: Comfortable, clean room. The lady who prepared the buffet breakfast on Sunday January 9 was excellent.
Disliked: April Stoddard at the front desk is a nasty person who should not have a public facing role.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. I would stay there again.

Disliked: couldnt regulate the temperature in the room

The hotel was very clean and fresh. And they offer continental breakfast.

Liked: great location, great breakfast, room was clean and fresh
Disliked: Water temp goes in and out, took forever to shower due to shower randomly changing from warm to cold to scalding hot, shower took about 30 min total and we checked out about 20 min late. our room was knocked on and they allied saying we need to check out or be charged- its not even noon at this point. staff was a little sharp when they spoke to guests. strict 11am checkout.
