Room price was good; clean; friendly staff; I would stay there again.

Liked: Friendly staff; shuttles; clean; breakfast was included; close to things to do that are in walking distance.
Disliked: Parking fee for the hotel!

Liked: Cleanliness.

Disliked: The shuttle would not take us to the Arts District for the concert- which started at 5:30 and was over by 8:30. This was listed as one of the amenities and is one of the reasons we wanted to stay there. The Neighborhood Theatre was within the 3 mile radius.

Liked: I really like the daytime gentleman , he was kind and helpful.
Disliked: The nightime lady who was at the front desk was rude and not welcoming at all. She turned away and kept talking to a coworker when we walked in vs greeting arriving customers. I intentionally said hello but she continued to disregard us. Room was dirty.

Disliked: The check in person will, don’t tell me there was a blue area/ted area since the building was 2 hotels. In a nutshell i spent over an hour trying to get to my room, while being stuck on one side. The other hotel concierge told me I was supposed to have been informed at check in. I said that would have been nice.

Disliked: The pool was a major let down and disappointment, there were 6 kids playing in the pool so there was no room for anyone else , they also had an extension cord running along the floor sitting in water plugged into a humidifier( very dangerous) . The buffet was just ok.

Nice hotel, very poor management

Liked: The hotel itself was nice, and the staff at the lobby was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Sadly i am currently having to dispute charges, since the hotel has now charged me 3 times for the deposit that is required at the beginning of the stay. The manager was not helpful at all and i had to resort to going to my bank to get the over $180 worth of charges disputed and hopefully resolved.
