Liked: Friendly staff; shuttles; clean; breakfast was included; close to things to do that are in walking distance.
Disliked: Parking fee for the hotel!

Disliked: The shuttle would not take us to the Arts District for the concert- which started at 5:30 and was over by 8:30. This was listed as one of the amenities and is one of the reasons we wanted to stay there. The Neighborhood Theatre was within the 3 mile radius.

Liked: The breakfast was great and the lady working breakfast was wonderful. She was friendly and quick. She kept the bars clean and stocked all by herself.
Disliked: My only suggestion would be that if someone has booked you room for more than one night, put enough toiletries, towels, washcloths and toilet paper in the room for that amount of stay. Not being able to access rooms from all levels of the parking deck was a very big inconvenience. Especially with having a handicap. Handicap parking was too far away from elevators.

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: The parking garage is very narrow and the process to get into the garage is not very well explained. Also when we got back from the event we attended, there were no parking spaces available in the garage. We paid $50 for 2 cars to park jn the garage and because there were no spaces left, we had to pay $30 to park across the street in a public parking lot

Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast there was no eggs the lady said it’s taking a long times on eggs what u see is what you get
