The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and ready for us. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Liked: Room was clean. Very close to UNCC. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were on 1st floor and room was very quiet. Breakfast was good. I am lactose intolerant and the staff helped me find safe food to eat.
Disliked: Bed was hard. Carpet in the room. Room dated. Outlet plug only on one side of bed. Very inconvenient.
