Liked: The booking was for a King suite upon arriving I was told that was no longer available and all they had was a Queen, if I didn’t want it I could look for accommodations else where. It was 11pm and I had traveled for hours therefore I accepted what I was told was “the last room at the facility”. I opened the door to the room to find the bed unmade, dirty towels all over the bathroom floor, food on the nightstand, clearly the room had not received housekeeping services. I called the front desk, explained was told I have no where for you to go, no one from housekeeping is here to clean it. I explained I had no where to go therefore bring me cleaning g supplies, clean sheets, towels I will clean it myself. So while waiting I begin to tear the bedding down, gather all trash, get the dirty towels from the bathroom. After 10-15 mins my cell rings and I am told oh I think I might have found a room for you. I gather all my belongings and go back to the front desk. I am given another key to of course a room different from what booked. It was an old musty handicap equipped too, with holes in the wall. I was told the room would be comped therefore 0.00 should be charged. Please correct ASAP! Thank you, Dedra Rash - one of the worst experiences of my life!!!!!

Horribly managed and unkempt hotel

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Very run down hotel. Unprofessional staff who smelled of marijuana. Dried blood stains on sheets, we also found a pill on the floor of our room and a quarter. Furniture was beat up/scratched and one bed made very loud sounds if you moved on it. Breakfast was Terrible, basically not edible and they didn’t refill or restock anything. We always stay at Hamptons and this was the worst one we’ve ever stayed at.

Liked: Location. Nice room. To follow up on comments below, we literally had to ask strangers if they would drive us to the hotel.
Disliked: We chose this hotel due to the fact it had an airport shuttle with it. When we landed at the airport at 9:45 pm we called the hotel and they stated it wasn't running that day. There were no Uber rides available and no cabs available.

Pleasant

Liked: Beds and sheets were great. Nice and helpful staff. Dog friendly was great.
Disliked: The building has all the amenities of a Hampton in but the building felt run down. Also, the room could have been cleaner. Throw pillow had stuff on it and bathroom floor had hair on it upon arrival.
