Liked: Had to come into Cambridge for a family members hospital stay. Great staff. Asked for the quietest room available due to tiredness and sadness. Wonderful breakfast and coffee the next day. Was so thankful to have such great accommodation.

Not worth the extra I paid for the upgraded room

Liked: Hotel staff were very friendly. Also the breakfast was great lots of choices.
Disliked: I had to personally clean the hot tub in my room 4 times and still felt like there were things floating in the water every time the jets were turned on.
