Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean and staffed well; breakfast buffet was awesome.

The hotel tried to double charge my credit card and it was a big fiasco trying to sort it out. It was finally resolved and was the hotel's mistake. I will never book through an online service, I book directly through the hotel or airline. Please do your homework. I was overcharged.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was good.
Disliked: The rate online through the internet was more expensive than the normal nightly rate which made me angry.

Barely tolerable

Liked: Breakfast was awful. No idea what eggs were made of. Sausage looked like sliced hot dogs. Al bread choice were dry/stale and yogurts no choice, just sugar Dannon! For a Hilton property you should be ashamed.

Liked: The desk staff was the friendliest I've encountered in a long time. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Liked: The staff was friendly especially the lady serving breakfast. She was so sweet and really made my kids smile with crayons and coloring pages.
Disliked: The room was dingy, and the hide away bed was dirty. There was trash underneath it, and the sheets in the bag were dirty. There was dust on the shelf in the bathroom. The walls were dirty. The pool was freezing cold and not very clean. You can see the dirt on the bottom. The door to our room was very hard to open. It was noisy on our floor and you could see the light from the hallway all the way around the door because of a gap. Couldn't get the shower started because the pull was stuck on the faucet.
