Liked: Comfy bed
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing renovation. There was loud construction noise right outside our window, even on Saturday. There was no lounge or bar to hang out in - just tables and worn-out chairs in the eating area. This was one of the main reasons a group of us stayed at the same hotel, but no one mentioned any of this information nor was it on the booking site. The breakfast was the lowest quality I have ever seen. I couldn't eat much of it. If your kitchen is closed down, bring in some quality food from somewhere else, or give us vouchers for a decent restaurant. We reserved a room with a king bed, but it was two queens. If you don't have a king bed, why was it offered on Booking? Furniture is worn, and there is no fan or night light in the bathroom. I feel like we did not get what we paid for. I told all these things to someone in the chat, and no adjustment was offered and no explanation about the substandard breakfast.

Disliked: The hotel is under construction, which isn't a terrible thing besides the fact that construction vehicles are parked in the handicapped parking spaces. So accessibility is an immediate issue. Staff was friendly when we checked in. The posted pool closing time is 10pm, we were told it was closing and asked to leave at 9. When we came down for breakfast in the morning we were greeted with an empty coffee carafe, warm juice, stale pastries and microwave breakfast sandwiches with one microwave. There was a line to microwave our breakfast. I understand remodeling and things happening but this was just an over all uncomfortable experience, even without that added noise of construction.

Liked: Booked room 2 months prior and told upon check in over booked, limited availability at facilities due to construction and sent to a sister property for our stay. Man at desk not helpful or friendly.

Liked: Property under construction still paid full price, the breakfast area very small and limited items available, there was no access to drinking water available without paying for a warm water bottle, there was no restroom available, had to go back to the room to use restroom when eating breakfast, the common areas very dirty and dusty, the room was covered in dry wall dust yet still not updated

Liked: Breakfast was simply average or a little below.. Location of breakfast "room" was in the same area as registration and in front of the entrance doors which opened every time someone entered or left the hotel. There was a cold wind that came in each time this happened.
Disliked: No exhaust fan in bathroom. Low toilet; not comfortable for senior citizens or anyone except small children. Location of breakfast area.
