Our visit was very good; really would have liked a hot tub but other than that it was great; people were very pleasant; would very much come back again; thank you.

Liked: The breakfast is ok!! I would love to see an omelette station & turkey / chicken sausage /vegan selections for those that don’t eat pork.
Disliked: Stricter reinforcement with regard to children running around horse playing with hockey sticks in the hallways & knocking on guests room doors.

Do something about the music...

Liked: We were attending a seminar at the hotel, so it was very convenient to stay there.
Disliked: We got a room on the side of the hotel overlooking Miller's Ale House. They were playing unnecessarily loud music out of their outdoor speakers facing the hotel until very late at night. Impossible to sleep. Ridiculous. Hotel said they couldn't do anything about it, but you should definitely try harder. I can't imagine having a room on that side of the hotel and not complaining. We were moved (at 11pm, after a request) to a different room on the other side of the hotel, but found out after settling in, that the air conditioning wasn't working. Temp in the room went up to 80. We asked again to move (at midnight or later) and finally got a room (with 2 beds instead of a king) that allowed us to get some sleep.
