Liked: Very clean and quiet. No doors slamming and the breakfast was good.

Disliked: We did not like the room. It is boring and dark. It is not possible to duly refresh the air in the room. The air conditioning does not work well. The walls are so thin. The room was not clean enough. Also, there is a sticker on the mirror, saying that housekeeping visits the room every other day but during our stay of three nights there were no housekeeping services. While we are checking out I have told this and they have stated that there is a policy update and it is available at the reception. If there is a policy update, then the policy at the room should also be updated. Also, such update cannot work because after 2 days there is really a need for housekeeping. in the morning that we checked out, there was a mountain of garbage in our room and there was no toilet paper in the room!

Liked: Beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was really quiet so we got a good night's sleep.
Disliked: The TV remote didn't work. We got in so late though that it didn't really matter to us. We could have call down to let them know at the desk but didn't bother. We just told them on the way out.

Well-maintained and quiet

Liked: The hotel was very clean and surprisingly quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our time. Having a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A right nearby was super convenient, especially when we were short on time.
Disliked: We stayed with our baby and used a high chair at breakfast every day. However, it was always dirty, so I had to wipe it down myself before each meal.
